    The House of Staunton is proud to offer another masterpiece - The Forever Savano Artisan Series Chessmen. These Chessmen feature a 4.4" King with a 1.8" Diameter base and are very heavily weighted.

    The Chess pieces are hand carved by our master artisans and crafted out of the highest grade woods. The Chess pieces are heavily weighted with House of Staunton English Leather basepads with the Forever logo on all the Chess pieces, with a beautiful finish. As with all of our Chess sets, the Savano Series exemplifies a perfect combination of distinct beauty and functionality. It has been designed to withstand the rigors of practical play while maintaining an elegance which has become the hallmark of a House of Staunton chess set. The design, quality and craftsmanship of this set is UNMATCHED by any set of Chessmen in its price range. Nothing even comes close!

    The design of the Forever Savano Series Luxury Chess set is without a doubt, one of the finest chess sets ever produced by the House of Staunton. It offers the highest level of detail and would make a wonderful additional to any Chess collection.

    The Chessmen are new and each set consists of 34 Chessmen, including four Queens, a standard that was introduced by The House of Staunton in 1993.

    The Chess Set comes with a Individually Numbered Certificate of Authenticity and an original manufacturer's plaque indicating the production number, with an adhesive backing that would allow it to be affixed to the underside of a Chess box.

     

    THE CHESSBOARD

    Handcrafted in the United States, we are proud to offer this Signature Contemporary Chessboard for your consideration. It features Red Amboyna Burl (dark) and Bird's Eye Maple (light) squares with beautiful Spalted Maple inlays, and a stylized Genuine Ebony frame. 

     

    THE CHESSBOX

    The House of Staunton Italian Signature Fitted Coffer provides the highest level of protection for your chessmen. Unlike traditional chess boxes, where the chess pieces are stacked on top of each other while not in use, the large Fitted Coffer provides each of the chess pieces their own individual storage compartment. It features brass quadrant hinges, two removable trays and a lock and key with tassel.

    Crafted in Italy, the House of Staunton Signature Traditional Macassar Ebony / Maple wooden Chessboard features Macassar Ebony (dark) and Maple (light) squares with a Macassar Ebony raised frame. This veneered Chessboard is 1" thick and has a gloss finish.
