By selecting the Free Worldwide* Shipping option, the Buyer hereby agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Free Worldwide* Shipping is eligible to the United States and 136 foreign countries! This includes Canada, Mexico, United Kingdom, China, Sweden and the United Arab Emirates (UAE). The full list of eligible countries, in alphabetical order, is below. Please note that NOT every country in the world is eligible for Free Worldwide* Shipping. This is due to the fact that some countries are significantly more expensive to ship to than others. For example, Ukraine and Serbia are NOT eligible. If you do not see your destination country on the list below, your country is not eligible and the website will not offer Free Worldwide* Shipping.

NOTE: ** For Customers in the United States of America, we can only offer Free Worldwide* Shipping to orders being delivered inside the contiguous 48 states (Alaska, Hawaii or US Territories such as Puerto Rico are not eligible) and those being delivered to a building with a street address. PO Boxes are not eligible.

2. Only those items that are indicated as Free Worldwide* Shipping are eligible. If your shopping cart on our website has ANY items that are not eligible, it will not offer you Free Worldwide* Shipping. For example, if you have 21 items in your shopping cart and only 20 of them are eligible for Free Worldwide* Shipping, the website will NOT offer you Free Worldwide* Shipping. Once you remove that one item that isn't eligible, then it will offer Free Worldwide* Shipping.

3. All import duties and taxes to the destination country are the sole responsibility of the Buyer. Our Company is, in no way, responsible for these costs. We encourage you to contact your local Customs Office PRIOR TO PLACING THE ORDER to determine if any such fees may be applicable to your purchase. We have no access to that information and will not be able to assist you in this matter.

4. All Free Worldwide* Shipping shipments will be shipped via a fully trackable and insured method. The expected average delivery time for a Free Worldwide* Shipping shipment is 4-7 business days, although actual delivery time depends upon location and customs clearance. If you are in need of it to be delivered more quickly, we encourage you to select one of the priority shipping options such as Fedex or UPS that will be offered on our website during checkout . Please note that you will be fully responsible for all shipping charges in the event you upgrade to a priority shipping method.

5. If the buyer voluntarily refuses to accept the shipment due to the cost of import, specifically import duties and/or taxes, Our Company will withhold all shipping and fulfillment costs incurred with the order, including the original shipping charge and the shipping charge to have it returned to us, from the Buyer's refund. The refund will be processed when the return shipment has been received by Our Company.
