HOS Payment options
If you chose to remit payment by Check or Money Order when you placed your order, there are several different ways that you can remit payment. YOUR ORDER WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNTIL PAYMENT HAS BEEN RECEIVED!
If you wish to remit payment via mail, we happily accept Checks and Money Orders made out in US Dollars. Please make them out to The House of Staunton and send them to the address listed below. Please be sure to include a printed copy of your Order Confirmation with your payment. Please do not mail us cash. We will not accept any responsibility for payments remitted via cash that are lost in the mail.

If you wish to remit payment via telephone and pay via major credit card, please call us at (256) 858-8070. We are open Monday through Friday, 9:00am until 5:00pm Central.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit card. Please be sure to have the credit card and order number available when calling.

If you wish to remit payment via fax and pay via major credit card, please fax us a copy of your Order Confirmation and your payment details to (256) 851-0560. We will need your complete credit card number, it's expiration date and security code. If you are paying via Mastercard or Visa, the security code is a 3 digit number that is located on the back of your credit card, on the signature area. If you are paying via American Express, the security code is a 4-digit number that is located on the front of your credit card. Please be sure to include all of the information for immediate processing.
Please remember that we can not process your order until we receive payment. All Mail Order Purchase Details are kept on file for 6 months, so you need not worry about rushing to remit payment.
