Charlie Morton

A childhood chess prodigy, Charlie spent his youth winning tournaments and representing his county of Devon in the UK. Though no longer playing competitively, he remains deeply fascinated by chess theory and is especially fond of the bold, imaginative play of the Romantic era. Aside from playing outrageous gambits, Charlie enjoys gardening, meditation, travel, arts and crafts, birdwatching, and wild swimming—none of which have improved his endgame!
