    Best Chess Clock I own.

    I own several chess clocks, 3 of them are DGT 3000's.

    First off this is the clock used in all major chess tournaments, that being said, her are the pros and cons of this clock.

    PROS

    A) Shows Seconds all the time.

    B) Easy to program (learn in under 5 minutes), no need to learn complicated button sequences, no need to carry the manual around.

    C) Has 24 pre-programed settings (21 which are for chess, 2 for Boy-Yomi, and 1 for Scrabble).

    D) It has 5 manual settings that can programed up to 4 periods with mix and match time controls.

    E) Can be connected to a DGT electronic chess board.

    CONS

    A) Plastic case.

    B) Only 5 manual settings.

    C) Only 2 colors, Red and Wood grain.

    I guess the CONS are personal.

    100% best clock for the serious chess player.
