Adriend Demuth is a grandmaster belonging to the youngest French chess generation. He was born and raised in La Reunion. He learned chess when he was seven in Tahiti. Once back in France, he was frequently selected for the French Youth team. He received his two titles (IM in 2011 and GM in 2015) during his studies, achieving also his degree of master in Mathematics. In 2016 he was one of the seconds of the French team at the Olympiad in Baku and the World Youth Championships. This is his second book for Thinkers Publishing, his first 'the Modernized Reti' became a real classic already.
