How to Order:
Step #1 - Contact Us and Place Your Order. Due to the custom nature of these products, orders cannot be placed through our website at this time. All Sales of custom items are final. (NOTE - There is a minimum order of 20 boards.)
Step #2 - Provide us with the artwork you wish to use in a high-resolution format. We strongly suggest Illustrator (.Ai), Acrobat (.PDF) or Phtoshop (.PSD) and the ink color you wish to use. If your design idea is complex, we encourage you to sketch out its layout on our chess board template. This will allow our graphic designers to better visualize your concept. Step #3 - Once we've received your artwork, you will receive a digital proof (PDF) via email within 1-2 business days. You must approve the proof before the process can proceed.
Step #4 - If you wish, we can submit your proof to the US Chess Federation to ensure that it is suitable for tournament use. (OPTIONAL)
Step #5 - Once all approvals have been made, your order will be printed and will ship to you within a few days. If you need the items delivered by a certain date, please be sure to tell your sales representative when placing your order.
