NEW LOWER PRICE!!!

The Magnetic Chess Demonstration Set is the ultimate way to conduct teaching, group analyzing, and displaying tournament chess games in progress. It features 3" squares and comes with large black and red pieces that are easy to see from a distance. Unlike traditional demonstration sets, where the pieces have to be inserted into the board, it uses magnets to safely secure the pieces. No more replacing the demonstration board because of a rip or tear! Two wooden dowels give the board support at top and bottom while a strong cord allows the chessboard board to be hung up almost anywhere.

The included bag is made of durable material and has a heavy-duty zipper closure at one end of the bag. It includes an adjustable handle for carrying convenience and keeps the demo board tightly packed and protected.

Every year it got stronger as grandmasters throughout the world came in increasing numbers and the cash prizes got bigger. It eventually became annually the strongest Swiss System tournament in the world. First winner was Larry Evans who moved to nearby Reno, Nevada.
