Returning items is easy at The House of Staunton.
Customer satisfaction is our goal at The House of Staunton and we want you to be happy with all of your purchases. In the event that you wish to return one of our product/s, it may be returned for refund or exchange as long as the following conditions are met:
* All return requests must be made within 21 calendar days of the date that your order shipped.
* In the event that the product being returned is either computer software or a DVD, it must be returned unopened with all original shrink wrapping and stickers fully intact. We can not accept any returns on opened computer software and DVDs, only exchanges for the same title and only in the case of defective media.
* In the event that the product being returned was received defective/damaged, you must keep all of the original packaging materials in the event an insurance inspection is required.
