The House of Staunton now offers our new, full tournament-size, Pro Line Series Staunton pattern chess sets. The King stands 3.95" tall with a 1.85" diameter base. It is one of the heavier sets of it's size currently on the market. This set is designed to be a workhorse able to handle the rigors of practical play under continual play. Designed to replace the poor quality chess sets in the lower price range, the House of Staunton Pro Line Series chessmen put high-quality wood sets in everyone's range.
